Strata Management Victoria, previously known as DR Strata, is an established firm which manages Owners Corporations in and around Melbourne as well as in country Victoria. We manage a diverse portfolio of buildings consisting of residential, commercial and industrial properties, ranging in size from small blocks of three units to multi-storey buildings and large residential towers.
The common facilities at Flagstaff Views are owned by Owners Corporation PS 334247B, and are managed by a Committee of Management re-elected annually by the apartment owners.
